Plot a simple circos plot without any annotations and same segment size

Hi,

I've a 9x9 tab file containing values that I want to plot using circos. Each segment would have the same size and a different color. And ribbon thickness would be proportional to the value in the 9x9 tab file.

Here's a test I did in photoshop just to show you the wanted result. Could anyone help me to plot such a figure ?
