Hello,
I am attempting to plot a heat map to the bovine genome with 30 chromosomes. However I am getting an error stating "You have asked to draw [30] ideograms, but the maximum is currently set to [0]. To increase this number change max_ideograms in etc/housekeeping.conf."
However, when I check housekeeping.conf my maximum is set to 200. Is there a reason this is occuring that I am missing?
