Need help circos does not recognize genes file

Hello:

  Can someone help me with this issue?  I can successfully create the circle. The system recognizes my karyotype.txt and conf  file (rickettsia.conf.txt) but does not recognize my genes.txt file.  

  I produces an empty circle.
