King of the Schnorrers is Robert Brustein and Hankus Netsky’s delightful homage to that 2nd Avenue rogue and a loving celebration of the Yiddish theatre’s earthy comedy, melodies, yarns, and crazy wisdom. Featuring original klezmer music, this staged reading is directed by Melia Bensussen. A discussion with the creative team will follow the reading. Featuring: Remo Airaldi*, Ken Cheeseman*, Ben Evett*, Abby Goldfarb, Jeremiah Kissel*, Will LeBow*, Kathy St. George*.
