Important CIRC 2025 Reminders

Hello CIRC 2025 Participants,

We have some important reminders about the upcoming event.

• Upcoming Deadline: Safety reports are due June 19th, 2025.
• Please see https://circ.cstag.ca/2025/rules/safety/ for all the details.
• You are welcome and encouraged to ask questions and submit a report early to get feedback.
• Compliance with the safety requirements is mandatory to operate at CIRC.  Please review carefully.
• Please submit your reports to this form
• Hotels: 
• Make sure to book accommodations as soon as possible if you haven't already done so.
• There are still hotel rooms available at the Sure Stay.  Refer to our earlier announcement for details: https://groups.google.com/g/circ-announcements/c/LSKueNuvMcI 
• The deadline for booking rooms from the CIRC block is July 7th.
• Visas:
• Obtaining a visa can be a lengthy process. If you require a visa to visit Canada then we encourage you to apply as soon as possible if you haven't already.
