Hello CIRC Teams,

Participant Registration

If you haven't already done so, please fill out the participant registration form by July 31, 2025.

Everyone attending CIRC must fill out the participant registration form to gain access to the event.  https://forms.gle/3S8qKyUDYX7zK89q7

Reminder that teams taking more than 15 members to the event must pay an additional fee. If your team has not already done so, and wishes to increase the member limit from 15 to 25 then you may pay for the upgrade at https://circ.cstag.ca/registration-fmxmbv/

Schedule

• Teams should check in at CIRC Central (Badlands Community Facility, 80 Veterans Way, Drumheller, AB T0J 0Y2) between 11:00 and 17:00 on Friday, August 8th.  The kickoff briefing starts at 17:00.
• The detailed team schedule will be available closer to the event.
• Be prepared for the first task starting Friday night.
