Visa Support:

If you require a Visa to enter Canada to attend the competition (Check this LINK if you are unsure), CIRC is now registered with the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Special Events Liaison Unit (SELU) to support Visa applications. If you wish to register and receive an invitation letter with our event code please fill out the following google form with the requested information: https://forms.gle/n4xwwD9dycFdKxDu8

DISCLAIMER: This information may be shared with the IRCC. Information collected is used to identify and coordinate the processing of visa applications and, upon request, provide organizers updates of aggregate data on the status of visa applications of event participants, within the confines of the Privacy Act and at the discretion of the Special Events Unit.

NOTE:  Registering an event with IRCC does not expedite the visa application process, nor does it guarantee visa approvals for participants. Participants must apply for their visas as early as possible and meet all immigration requirements.
