Hello CIRC Teams, 

Parking

The town of Drumheller has converted the parking lots around CIRC Central into paid parking. We have arranged for each team to receive three parking passes. All teams that have paid for having greater than 15 individuals to attend will have four passes available to them. Any additional vehicles required beyond this will be required to purchase passes through the available machines in the parking lots. 

It will be possible to pick up the parking passes at the front desk at CIRC Central when you sign in. 

Food Discounts - Bikes and Bites

Inside of the Badlands Community Facility (also known as CIRC Central) there is Bikes and Bites. They are offering a 10% discount to participants and volunteers. The online discount code is "CIRC" or you can show your badge at the event. We do recommend it. The shop does ask as much as possible to order online in advance to help reduce the line at busy times. 

They are open 7 days/week: Friday - Saturday 10am - 7:30pm, Sunday - Monday 10am - 4:00pm, Tuesday - Thursday 10am - 5:30pm. They have noted they will stay open a bit later if there's a demand/line up happening.

Merchandise
As with all previous years of CIRC we will CIRC branded merchandise. There will be shirts ($30), hats ($30), water bottles ($15), and stickers (1 for $3, 2 for $5) available! There is limited quantities available so do not wait! 

Registration Reminder

As a reminder team registration opens up at 11:00 am on Friday. We require the morning to set up the facility so we ask that you are not arriving inside the building early. All participants are required to check in at the front desk to obtain your badge before beginning to unload supplies and being in the facility.
