CIPS Ontario AGM - 2009

If you are a paid-up member of CIPS Ontario, Certified or not, you owe
it to your fellow members to get involved and vote.

Last year the membership opted to allow multiple means of voting as
part of our Bylaws, so this year we have made it possible for you to
attend on of several ways, and even vote by proxy.

The meeting is at 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. Thursday 1st October 2009. People
to wish to attend in person can at the Strathcona Hotel, 60 York St.,
Toronto, ON, M5J 1S8

for those that cannot attend in person you can Teleconference or
LiveMeeting using the instructions on the website. Details can be
found at http://on.cips.ca/AGMnotice .

The proxy forms have been sent out by mail, but if you've not recieved
them, you can vote online or give your proxy to another member who can
vote for you.

Again you can find details online at http://on.cips.ca/ProxyForm .

Members who choose this option of voting will need to log into the
site to see these forms, this is to remove the possibility of someone
unauthorised stealing your vote. You can only vote once, so vote
carefully, and check your forms before clicking submit.
