Hi, I can not see PartitionFinder in the list of tasks. Is it no longer available or is it temporal?

Hi there,

Yes, sorry for the inconvenience. Rob Lanfear, the author of the code has merged the next version, partitionfinder3, into IQTree2.

But you can use it in CIPRES, you just run it as an option in IQTree2.
