Unable to download the output files

Dear Admin,

I downloaded all data from my CIPRES account. (User name:  anwesha ), except the following files

1. https://www.phylo.org/portal2/setTaskOutput!displayOutput.action?id=1229323&run=1
File name:  RAxML_bipartitions.tre

2. https://www.phylo.org/portal2/setTaskOutput!selectOutput.action?key=all_results&file=LittoPomatiasbeautiGblocks.trees.txt

File Name:  LittoPomatiasbeautiGblocks.trees.txt

3. https://www.phylo.org/portal2/setTaskOutput!displayOutput.action?id=1488089&run=1

Please help me with this. I tried contacting the admin earlier but received no response.
