Globus downloads

I'm trying to download my files from CIPRES using Globus.

After spending a couple of hours, I seem to be missing something. I've set up an endpoint (DCC-CIPRESS) on my laptop using the Globus Connect Personal App, and it shows up on the CIPRES transfer screen (see screenshot).

But I consistently get some sort of error about not having access to the source files on CIPRES. There are 5-6 named source endpoints that match "CIPRES" that I can choose but none of them works.

Any ideas? I have watched the CIPRES video three times, but it doesn't quite match what I see on my screen.
