Produce gene trees in IQ-TREE?

Hi,

I am new in CIPRES. I have my concatenated dataset and a partitioned file. Is it possible to produce individual gene trees in IQ-TREE  please? I have 352 genes in my dataset

The simple answer is, I can make it possible for you to create any command line that IQtree accepts.

If you tell me what command line you need, just send me the command line you need.

If you arent sure, I would suggest you look into the command line reference for IQTree.
