Problems uploading data

I am unable to upload data. I have followed the tutorial instructions. When I try a direct upload from my local drive I receive a "Secure Connection Failed" on all of the different browsers I have tried. When I try to connect and upload via Globus the website says " An error has occurred. If you continue to have difficulty using the site, please report the error to us"
