Hi Group,
I’m running a series of analyses in Beast2 searching for a species tree based on three common loci: COI, 16S, 28S. I have two fossil calibration points. I’m trying to figure out how to parameterize the ucldMean. Under the Yule model, each locus gets its own rate. Under the Calibrated Yule, two loci get a rate relative to the third locus. I’m looking through several studies similar to mine trying to figure out how they actually set and justify their values for ucldMean, but I’m not finding the details I’m looking for.
Thanks for your advice.
Cheers,
Jeremy
