I would like to know how long it takes to get a invoice from you once we purchase X number of hours.

Hi Leila,

We usually provide an invoice before a purchase, so a purchase order can be created by the person requesting it..

Once payment is received, we prepare a receipt.

An invoice in response to a request can take 2-3 days sometimes.

I can do a receipt for a purchase within 24 hours on a workday.

Let me now if the terminology is not clear, and how I can help further..

My supervisor (Lucas Cervera) just purchased 10,000 hours. We need an invoice like the attached one, but with some changes.
