Possible way to purchase credit

Hi, I know purchasing credit was terminated in september but is there any possible way I can purchase now? I need to run multiple analysis and running out of hours...

We have now added a feature under the "MyProfile" tab. You can request 10000 hours using that feature.

Hi there,

When you have an issue with a job, it is most helpful to send us the file _JOBINFO.TXT from the job run, or just paste the contents into an email.
