need MCMCTree from PAML

Hi!

I have been running MCMCTree from the command line in DOS successfully, but to get convergence I need longer run times than is practical for my local hardware, so would love to try that here!

Hi Bruce,

Is there some reason that you cannot use BEAST or BEAST2? They are well maintained, are parallelized, and available via CIPRES.
