Subject: Request to Correct Email Address for Account Confirmation
Dear CIPRES Support Team,
I recently registered for a CIPRES Science Gateway account, but I mistakenly entered the wrong email address during the registration process. As a result, I did not receive the confirmation email and I am unable to log in to my account.
Since the account has already been created but not confirmed, I kindly request your assistance in either:
1. Updating my account with the correct email address, or
2. Deleting the unconfirmed account so that I can re-register with the correct email.
Please send respond email to me. Then I will send to you my detail information for re-registering.
