FastTree job completed but with no results

Hello,

I made a newick tree (successfully) from a phylip-formatted file using FastTree in CIPRES, but I needed to change the names of the entries. When I uploaded the new phylip file with the updated names and cloned the same FastTree task that successfully made the tree before, it ran but produced a results file with nothing in it. I tried both using the "clone" button and by re-inputting the parameters by hand, but both ways produced an empty results file. Does anyone know what could be going on?
