Hi,
Not sure if this is the correct forum for this but I have emailed the CIPRES subscription help address (str...@arabidopsis.org) on the receipt a couple of times but had no response.
I ordered a subscription on the 7th March but my account still has not be accredited with the processing hours. Is this a normal timeline? If not is there anyone I can contact to work out what is happening?

Hi Dave,
Thanks for reporting the issue. Credit should appear instantly in the interface, so there must be at least a temporary an issue with the software.
I will investigate. Can you send me a copy of the receipt and I will adjust your balance.
