Data queued issue

Hi, my data is still queued for more than four hours. It happened last week and seemed to fixed this Monday. But this issue occurred again from this morning.

I sincerely apologize for this issue. In both cases a user (two different users) uploaded many thousands of files.

This has never happened before last week.

The person who can fix it is away for a day, and I cannot fix it immediately.

I promise we will put controls in place so this does not happen again.
