After starting a MrBayes run, the job is terminated and the STDERR is the following. I have tried changing the samplefreq and printfreq in my MrBayes block but it's still not working.

Hi Alexandra,

I think the issue is that the job is reaching the wall time limit before it completes.

If you clone this job, open the parameter pane, and increase the maximum wall time allowed for the run, up to 168 hours, you will see the run complete.

If this does not fix the problem, please let me know.
