Unable to access CIPRES science gateway

Hi
Yesterday i registered myself to CIPRES but i am not able to access the Science Gateway, I received a mail stating " Your subscription provides free access to 1,000 CPU hours of compute time for a trial period of six months" . 

But activation link sent to my mail was for CIPRES Rest, stating 

"Dear dhan1,
Please activate your Cipres REST Services account."

Please help me so that i can access CIPRES Science Getaway

It looks like you registered in both places. But the portal email may have been blocked by your institution.

I activated your account in the portal.
