Job stuck in queue without intermediate results

Dear CIPRES Support Team,

I have a job that has been waiting in the queue since yesterday with no intermediate results appearing. I read in the troubleshooting section that this can sometimes be due to planned maintenance or GPU queue times. However, I did not see any maintenance notice on the CIPRES front page.

I am running a job using parallel structure. I also checked the output files and noticed that there is no start.txt file generated, and I have not received any error messages either.

Could you please let me know if this situation is normal, or if there is an issue with my job submission? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hello Anaïs,

There is a maintenance period coming on Tuesday Sep 23. When this happens, jobs that might enter the maintenance period are held in the queue until maintenance is complete. If your job is restartable, or might complete before Tuesday, please clone and resubmit it with a run time that will not extend to Tuesdya morning, Pacific time.
