As noted on the CIPRES website, the CIPRES service is ending, and no further submissions are allowed. This is because there are no funds to continue operations.
The site will remain open to allow people to recover their data through 8/1/2026.
There are tools to recover your data on the web site.

We have enjoyed running the service, and wish everyone the best on their research.

Sincerely,
Mark Miller

What can I say?  The world is becoming dumber and dumber everyday.  We lost Cipres and your support while a lot of money is used for less productive and foolish and stupid things.

Thank you and your team for the support and service all these years!
