Thanks for your response. It looks like the server has started working again, but I submitted a task this morning and it is still showing as “waiting in the queue.”

Usually, MAFFT alignment or jModelTest2 does not take this long to start or finish, so I wanted to check if there may still be an issue with the queue or server.

Hi, sorry it looks like there is an issue with the machine on our side.

We received this message yesterday evening:

The NFS server issue from this morning has reoccurred and we are seeing timeouts on the mounts. This is leading to login issues again. We are working with the vendor to resolve the hardware issue and will update once we have more information.

I will let you know when I receive an update.
