Problem in running NCL Converter

Hi,

I am new to the community here. Initially, I was successful in aligning my sequences using MAAFT. Further, when I tried running NCL Converter using the aligned sequences I got error in my output. I have already tried many a times with different formats. I have attached a screenshot of the STDERR file below. Can someone point out my errors please.

The last line of your input fasta file is corrupted. Attached is a new file that works.
