I am having problem in accessing my account or login authentication failure. I am using correct details but not get access. Please solve it.

It looks like you created a REST account, and not a browser account. REST accounts are for people who are using scripts and not a browser interface to submit jobs. Please create an account using the browser interface at www.phylo.org. https://phylo.org/portal2/register.action
