Problem with IMa3

To do a comparison of Log Likelihoods of nested models in IMa3, one needs to load a text file in connection to options -c and -w.  The CIPRES input provides a tab for this:

"File with nested models to be tested (LOAD-GENEALOGY mode only), invokes -c2 (-w)""

However, this tab is not functional.  The user cannot load the text file to tell the program what models to run.  I have tried everything with turning other options off, in case one of them interfered.  It did not help.  The problem may be that there is nowhere one can invoke -c, or if  -w invokes it automatically, then I think that the tab needs reprogramming

Yes I see there is a problem on our side.

Unfortunately, the Joint posterior density calculations, for LLR tests of nested models (-c2)

was removed from the interface, and

File with nested models to be tested (LOAD-GENEALOGY mode only), invokes -c2 (-w) depends upon this option.

I cant tell you why the Joint posterior density calculations, for LLR tests of nested models (-c2) was removed.

It looks like currently the option -c2 is available only when  Load genealogies from previous run(s) (-r0) is checked.

Can you tell me the command line you wish to create? I can then test the interface and see if we provide it for you.
