Hello,

I conducted a phylogenetic tree for 307 sequence of combining 4regions ITS, LSU, SSU, and COX 3 using RxML - HPC BlackBox tool. However, I could not found bipartition file in my results output. I have attached _JOBINFO.TXT file in this email.

Hi Ruwani,

Your job failed to run. The last line of the stdout.txt file is

ERROR: Found 5 taxa that had equal names in the alignment, exiting…

You need to fix the alignment file to get the job to run.
