I have just created a new CIPRES account, but my profile shows:
When I click on "Request 10,000 Extra Free Hours", I receive the message:
Error occurred when trying to add 10000 CPU hours to your account.
Could you please check whether my account has been activated correctly or whether an initial CPU allocation needs to be assigned?
