Adjustments for the 1.1.1 Update

Hello again and welcome testers!
While the last month has been a bit... tricky.... I am still certain that this will work out well! Following an IVT Strike from AdMob, we have implemented a short-term adjustment that will allow testing to continue while using the test ads. They should generally be shorter than full service ads, but generate zero revenue. As such, the Payout scheduling will likely be pushed back a month.
Though payouts are being delayed, I would like to see some of the systems in place checked over and tried for consistency. Production is still the goal, so once there are enough users, I will begin transferring users from a test-id to a true user, with those that have been active getting priority. I will reset the users balance and the passive generators to the appropriate value based on applied codes.
