Howdy,

This represents the first COMPLETE version of the CIP document.  Formerly, there were two and three sections as separate documents, now they are combined into one.

Thanks to your input, this version reflects considerable change in the CIP description.  Hopefully, it is clearer than previous editions.  Also, the introductory first page can be a standalone "elevator speech" document.  However, the complete package stayed at four pages and under 2,000 words.  Of course, your already sharpened editorial pens can streamline the document much further and add immensely to its clarity.

You will be included in a couple of Google Group that supports our collaborative approach to development and deployment of the CIP.  So, stay tuned for information sent separately about those.
