Installed Programs module analyze existing installations and create a log with installation changes. It can uninstall programs even without the help of the supplied Add Remove program.
Just select from the list the program that you want to uninstall and in a few seconds Total Uninstall will analyze it and will show in a tree view detected files, folders, registry keys and values of that program. You can review the details and remove some of the detected items. Total Uninstall is ready to uninstall the analyzed program. It will use first the supplied Add Remove program and will continue removing remaining items using the log.
Monitored Programs module helps to monitor any changes made to your system during the installation of a new program. It allows you to perform a complete uninstall without having to rely on the supplied built-in uninstaller, which can leave files or changes behind.
Total Uninstall creates a snapshot of your system prior to installing a new program. It then takes an additional snapshot after the installation has completed. It then compares the two snapshots and displays all changes in a graphical tree view, marking all registry values and/or files that have been added, changed or deleted. Total Uninstall saves these changes and, if you decide to uninstall the program, it will reverse the changes to the previous state.

The uninstaller.exe was stored in C:\program\KiCad but in Windows registry
it was specified as stored in C:\Program files\KiCad.
That explains why the uninstall process did not work.
I found this while manually cleaning the register.
I know it is an old question, but I ran into this problem with 2.7 and 3.5. Though 2.7 would not show up in my default windows uninstall list, it showed up fine in the ccleaner tools tab under uninstall. Uninstalled and reinstalled afterwards and it has been smooth coding ever since.
If you still have the python installer on your PC, you can double-click on it (run it, it will open the installer window), and select the "Uninstall" option. It will uninstall that python version (if the installer is for Python3.9, then Python3.9 will be uninstalled, if it is for Python3.10, then that version...)
In my computer there wasn't a uninstaller in the Start Menu as well. But it worked it the Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program, and selecting Python(Anaconda64bits) in the menu.(Note that I'm using Win10)

Few days ago my VirtualMachine Centos refused to launch. It says an "an unexpected shutdown happened before" so it refuses to start and gives error. Now, after unsuccessful, side by side searching internet for a solution, i decided to uninstall it completely and to install everything from scratch. But however i uninstall the the Virtualmachine and next, Virtualbox it is doesn't help. After i install it again it still keeps the old settings and still gives that error. So, i am very upset, and really need help. I also followed Virtualbox uninstall documentation and no success because it just says to uninstall it ordinary way from Control Panel. I have also deleted all related folder also, but again no success. Plz help me. Thank in advance! (i can provide any info upon request)
I have done, uninstall using the control panel. Then uninstall everything in %appdata%\code, then deleting %USERPROFILE%.vs... (it's different path if you use visual studio code or visual studio code insiders)
My reason for trying to do a full uninstall of Visual Studio Code was because I was having issues writing code, especially HTML codes. When I type at least 2 letters, the cursor automatically skips to the end of the page and all subsequent letters that I type is written after the HTML close tag.
I also tried uninstalling VS Code but everything remains the same and I kept having the same issues. Unlike other softwares, the uninstall application for VS Code doesn't uninstall also the components (extensions and settings). It only removes the VS Code software.
so i think this work but you can go to the file where your vscode is installed or just right click the app and open file location and then you will see an application called unins000 just click that and uninstall it :).

How can I get Solarwinds COMPLETELY uninstalled? there are folders scattered in numerous places totaling over 8gb of space. The uninstall did not remove them. There are still services running, registry keys and all these folders. Are there step by step COMPLETE instructions to remove anywhere? Its an old eval version that I downloaded years ago and then never used.
The latest windows 10 update has caused autocad architecture to start crashing. I wanted to do a complete uninstall and reinstall so I searched for how to do that and found I needed to uninstall it in add/remove programs and also remove it from the registry. While the main program was uninstalling I deleted some of the registry files I read to delete. Autocad (the main program) completed the uninstall but then I went to uninstall "Autodesk Material Library 2016", "Autodesk material library base resolution image library 2016" and "Autodesk material library low resolution image library 2016" and it said, "there is a problem with this windows installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor".
You may need to contact support. Never edit the registry while an uninstaller is running. The only time to clean up the registry is after all the program components have been uninstalled. Start by using a registry cleaner before doing things by hand. There are also lots of other folders to consider removing that are left behind after uninstalls.
For others following this thread, consider rolling back the Creator Update before uninstalling AutoCAD. It's also wise to create restore points after installing software so that you can roll back to a working restore point.
I downloaded the PTS to join in on the event. However, I couldn't even play it as the game never even registered my mouse when clicking anything. I uninstalled it via the wrench icon on the launcher, but that left the launcher files.
