You receive the most exposure when your bid is on top or among the first few in the bid list. To move ahead of others, you need to sponsor your bid.   How does sponsored bidding work?   When you place your bid on a project, the Bid Rank section estimates your rank based on your reputation. If you want to push your bid higher on the list, pay a sponsorship amount for a minimum of $1.50 USD.   Up for a little competition?   You can also check how much other freelancers spend on their bids so you don't miss out. To increase your rank, sponsor your bid with a higher amount. The sponsored amount will be deducted from your Freelancer balance. All sponsored bids are ranked according to the highest amount and then by reputation.   Remember that your bid is another key to winning a project aside from your profile.
