I am currently attempting to run my code in parallel. Part of my code (genetic algorithm) relies on the selection of random numbers. Therefore, I need to make sure that each thread used, have their own random number generator. I must also be able to replicate the results. Therefore, I have "borrowed" a function, which has the ability to set a random seed or create specific seeds for each thread.
I believe that I am missing something fundamental about the generation of the numbers. When creating the random number generators, I have used the same UInt32. I believe that they should therefore draw the same numbers, however the randjump may interfere with this. Perhaps the random number generators do not "jump" forward to the same point/state to ensure that each is far enough from each other in the cycle. Perhaps they share a state when doing it this way? Is there a way to control if the implementation is accurate? Perhaps there is a bigger error at play here?
The access pattern to the object is the same as above. Note that in each case you need to hold a separate random state for each thread. This approach is also recommended for performance reasons (rather than several threads competing for a single random state).

I was frightened by one very interesting case. I downloaded pirated minecraft from the Internet, not suspecting that I will not be able to play it calmly. The pasta for this recipe is loaded with a flavorful pesto that is made from sunflower seeds. Toasted sunflower seeds! The pesto pasta, alone, is so special and great on its own. The pumpkin-pepper puree is a seasonal touch, to celebrate rotating available produce.
Method:
Heat oil in pan over medium heat.
Add fennel seeds and curry leaves and stir until fragrant, taking care not to burn.
Add onions and cook gently until almost transparent.
Add garlic and ginger paste and mix through onions until heated.

Transplant in a sunny spot in 5 ft./ 2 m. rows, staggered 8 ft/2.4 m apart, in every other row. Each plant requires 15 - 20 ft/ 5 - 6 m in diameter. Dust plants regularly, every week to prevent cucumber beetles. Water plants at first sign of wilt throughout the summer - but don't wet -the leaves, it encourages disease. When small pumpkins are 2 in./5 cm in diameter, remove all the fruits at the ends of the vines, leaving the best 3 pumpkins at the center of the plant. Pick pumpkins after they are bright orange and the skin is hard. If it doesn't freeze hard or rain for long periods leave them on the vine till Halloween. Harvest before severe frost, keep cool @ 55 - 60F/13 - 16C. Leave a bit of stem on each fruit, when it is cut from the vine.
COMMERCIAL CROPS: Sow outdoors from May 10th. - June 10th. (no later). Grow in 6 - 9 ft./2 - 3 m. Rows, 4 seeds per ft./31 cm. of row - or in hills of 5 seeds per hill, 4 ft./122 cm. apart in the row. Thin to 2 ft./ 61 cm. apart or 2 seedlings per hill. Treat extra early sowings with a fungicide, for cool soil protection. All vine crops depend on insects for pollination. Limit the use of insecticides when blossoms are setting.
This variety is stewarded by Rosa Meh, a leader of Karenni Hope Farm, a community farm at Providence Farm Collective outside of Buffalo, NY. Rosa grows Karenni chilies and specialty beans for local grocers in Buffalo and is beginning to sell seeds in 2024.
Karenni chili should be started indoors 4-6 weeks before planting. Plant outside after the risk of frost, 1.5-2 ft spacing between plants, 2 ft between rows. Harvest starts about 60 days after transplanting.
Peppers are generally self-pollinating, though we isolate different varieties of the same species by at least 50 feet, in hopes that flying insects will not cross pollinate them unexpectedly. There are several important species of peppers, so check your scientific names! Pepper seeds are ripe when the fruits have turned their final fiery color - in this case, fully red. Cut the fruit, scrape out seeds, and lay them out to dry on a labeled screen or paper product in a ventilated place away from direct sunlight for a week or two. Drying the peppers before seed extraction can slightly lower your germination rates, but works fine for home seed saving as long as the peppers do not rot.
This is another traditional Bengali recipe. Eggplants are lightly sauteed and then cooked in the creamy poppy seed paste. It is amazingly simple and flavorful. This happens to be one of those dishes where no spices are required.
Summer has been long gone. What remains are the skeletons of the plants that used to be lush and fruitful. They have given all they could offer, until the last day when the sudden frost came and nipped their strength. A few times during the warmer months, I have had so much eggplants in a day from our yard, that we did not know what to do with them. We were eating them for days and I was trying to do something different each time so boredom does not set in.
Poppy seeds, the white ones, are a big part of Bengali cuisine. It is used not just to make creamy sauces for curries, but also used just by itself as a side dish as in the recipe here. I could be very much biased being a Bengali myself and growing up on many everyday recipes using poppy seeds, and learning to love them. Or maybe I am plain addicted. Poppy seeds after all can cause addiction.
Strain out the poppy seeds and the peppers and grind them together in a thick paste. I use my granite mortar and pestle and hand grinding allows me have control over how much water I will use. Try NOT to make a watery mix.
Now add the poppy seeds and chilli paste to the pan and quickly toss for the paste to be combined with the eggplants. Sprinkle salt and cook uncovered for a couple of minutes. Cover, lower the heat and cook until the eggplants soften. You can uncover and toss a couple of times while it cooks. The cooking time will depend on how fast the eggplants cook. If during the cooking process the water dries out, add a little water. However if you are using a tight cover, it should cook in its own steam.
Once the eggplants are softened, drizzle the tablespoon of mustard oil and gently toss. Adjust salt. There should be no liquid left. The eggplants would be tender but not mushed. The poppy seed paste would coat and hug the eggplant pieces. If you want more sauce you may add a little water and simmer it further, for a few more minutes.
