Solo Female traveler

Hi there! I am planning a trip to Cinnamon Bay lasting about 7 days. I am 18, female, and plan to make this trip by myself. I have been to Cinnamon Bay once before when I was eleven. I am a little worried about security because I am a small girl for my age. I have chosen to stay in a cottage because it seems a safer. I will want to go on hikes through the forest and maybe go to town for a day. So here are my main questions:

Any safety advice?

Are there group hikes?

Is there a shuttle to and from town?

Will the cottage be secure?
