Weather in May

I'm planning a trip to Cinnamon Bay toward the end of May (5/23 -
5/27). Does anyone have an idea of what the weather conditions are
like at this time? Extremely hot, rainy, etc...? Also, they seemed
to have a lot of availability when I called......is that usual for
that time of year?

may will be an awesome time to visit! i think if you look at the
monthly averages it is pretty easy to see why st john is referred to
as paradise. with average daily highs and lows fluctuating only 5 to 6
degrees year round you can count on the weather to be consistent. the
most noticeable change in weather is september through november when
temps and humidity combine to make it a very warm time to visit and
there likely is an increase in afternoon rains.

regarding room availability in may, i would not be surprised. peak
visitor season is november through the end of april. may through
august is still very busy though.
