Can't add Weather Applet

I get an error msg every time: 

An error occurred while trying to access the server.  Please try again in a little while.

Details:  HTTP Error 404: Not Found

Is this temporary down time, or am I doing something wrong?

Try the "Refresh list" button in the bottom right of the "Available
applets" screen. Your cache is probably outdated.
