Sunset und Sunrise Times wrong

Hello,

I used Cinnamon Weather on LMDE and now on Ubuntu 13.10 and now on 14.04.

The Sunrise and Sunset Times are wrong:

I live in Oldenburg (Lower Saxony (Niedersachsen)) Germany: GMXX0101

Cinnamon Weather shows: Sonnenaufgang: 7:07 am Sonnenuntergang: 7:12 pm

but the correct times would be for today: 07:02 Uhr and 18:14 Uhr

The times were wrong on all my above linux installations.
