Codes WOEID very limited

Excellent app. But limited by the difficulty of not having call option to add WOEID off http://edg3.co.uk/snippets/weather-location-codes/. That page is not updated or extended since 2011! Is this possible? or am I wrong? Can anyone provide any news about it?

I am having the same issue. Ireland only work up to EIXX0103, everything above that fails.
