The film 'Havoc,' Flixtor Movies, begins with a drug heist orchestrated by Charlie, Mia, Wes, and Johnny, who are concealed within a truck loaded with washing machines, while two police vehicles pursue them. Upon reaching the freeway, the criminals begin to hurl the washing machines at the officers, successfully escaping. Although officers Jake, Vincent, and Hayes emerge from the encounter relatively unharmed, Cortez sustains severe injuries. Later, Charlie and Mia arrive at Tsui’s hideout to sell the drugs, but their deal is abruptly interrupted by three masked assailants, resulting in Tsui's death. Charlie and Mia manage to escape, but with the gunmen missing, they are framed as the murderers. This situation brings homicide detective Walker into the picture, who quickly identifies Charlie as Lawrence Beaumont’s associate, a corrupt politician who has Walker on his payroll.
