hi 好朋友,

 

今年2009年加拿大政府核可下，海報獵人一共獵殺了338,200隻海豹

這麼溫和的生物,無法逃跑的海豹寶寶被獵豹人從頭正中央敲碎腦袋打死,或是用槍射死,

很多海豹被活生生剝皮,小海豹痛苦的哀號，海豹母親只能傷心絕望無助的看著.....

假想小海豹是一隻小狗或是一個小孩這樣死去....

Hello Cindy, The Canadian government is permitting sealers to kill 338,200 seals during this year's annual war on seals. These gentle animals--including some who are too young even to swim away--have their heads bashed in or are shot, and they are often skinned alive while their wailing mothers helplessly watch. Since all eyes are on Canada as it prepares to host the 2010 Winter Olympics, now is the time to apply pressure to the Canadian government to convince it to stop this bloody massacre of seals once and for all. That's why this year, we're going to turn Olympic Day (June 23rd) into Olympic Shame Day! Please join compassionate people around the world in raising awareness about Canada's Olympic shame by planning to hand out informational leaflets and stickers on June 23. Fill out this form to order PETA's "Olympic Shame Day" Leafleting Pack. (Note: In order to receive your pack in time for Olympic Shame Day on June 23, please submit your order no later than June 1 if you're in Canada or June 7 if you're in the U.S.) If you're ready to make an even bigger impact in behalf of animals and want to hold a proper demonstration or tabling event, make sure that you let us know by putting "Demo Pack" in the additional requests section of the above form.
