Singing this Sunday, October 13

Hello singers,

The weather looks great for singing outside this month.  We will sing at the Bettman Nature Preserve from 3 to 5 on Sunday.  Please bring both your Sacred Harp and your Shenandoah (we have loaners of both books) and your favorite chair - also a water bottle as there are no available restrooms at Bettman.

The Bettman Nature Preserve is located at 4 Beech Lane Cincinnati 45208. Beech Lane is a small street off of Pogue that appears to be a private drive, but keep driving to the parking lot in back and you will see the building with a large covered veranda where we sing.

I look forward to singing with you this Sunday!

I plan on being at the Singing.

 

After the Singing, I'm the opening act at Leo Coffee House which is the Queen City Balladeers performance venue.  I'm scheduled to start at 6:40.  In the folk singer's world, performing at Leo is a big deal.

 

It is always nice to see friendly faces in the audience.

I am sorry to miss this month’s singing, as we will be heading to Texas soon. However, I’ve had COVID this week and although I just tested negative, I would hate for my farewell gift to the group to be germs!
