Setting up for New Years Day Singing

Hello Everyone,

When should we arrive Monday to set up for the singing?  We will have quite a bit of tables and chairs to set up.  Unfortunately our space is being used New Years Eve so we can't come in Sunday afternoon to set up.  

I'm planning on getting there at 7:30 to open up.  Can 2 or 3 of you commit to arrive by 8:00 to help set up?  Setting up the tables is a two person job.  Also we will need plan the layout of everything.

Also be thinking about helping with kitchen cleanup after lunch and breaking everything down at the end.

Glad you  are thinking ahead Rich.I can commit to coming in by 830 but not eight. Could we make a plan ahead of time during the more reasonable hour on Thursday Friday or Saturday, so that we know when we get in exactly what we need to do and it will be more efficient on Monday morning? I’d be willing to stop over there at some point and discuss with youand write out what we need to do on Monday.

Hey Rich (Karen, et Al):

I will be there Monday @ 7:30AM with you. I’ll be putting out the large wooden sign as well as the smaller wire signs and then start setup of the room.

?Meet beforehand; Thurs-Fri-Sat ? Mid-day!  Pretty good idea as well; for brainstorming etc. to make sure we haven’t forgotten something !
