Experienced Rails Opening in C-bus

Hello Cincinnati RB - 

I have a Sr. Rails (full time & direct hire) role at a Columbus based startup that is currently open. From a tech perspective, they are building native applications IOS, a robust API web service layer, customer facing web applications, large-scale real time data processing, and predictive analytics. This is only their 2nd full-time backend developer, so we're still looking for senior level experience. Really, it's more about depth of expertise than number of years. That said, we are looking for someone that has been working with Rails for a couple years, ideally on a team of 5+. At this point, Ruby/Rails is required. The only truly required skills are Ruby and Rails.
