I've been working on the idea of hosting a series of presentations focused on mobile development platforms. I'm looking for developers that would be willing to give a presentation about writing software for one of the Android, Blackberry, iOS, Symbian or Windows Phone 7 platforms, and then regroup for a panel discussion in a subsequent month. Anyone interested?
Ideally you would at minimum show off the development environment you're using, any simulators or testing methods, and discuss what you feel are the greatest benefits and lingering annoyances of your platform. The panel session will be more informal, and conducted on a later date.
I'd like to stream these sessions and keep them archived on Ustream as well.
I anticipate that this series of meetings will attract more attention than our typical monthly meetings, and I hope to get some sponsors as well.
