The role:
We are looking for a well-rounded developer with extensive web and
mobile development experience to be responsible for constructing
mobile applications for iPhone and Android platforms. Candidates
should have web, mobile, and API experience and should be excited and
challenged by the opportunity to build a remarkable, new application
from the ground-up.
• Contribute and participate in new feature identification and product
specifications using web and mobile technology.
• Implement features for enterprise-level web applications and
mobile.
• Participate in fast-paced development cycles. Must be passionate
about developing new technologies and solving difficult technical
problems.
• Design and implement a suite of API-driven web applications,
extensible API’s, and mobile-focused products.
• Passion for working with multiple web technologies and experience
developing mobile applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years web software development experience.
• 1+ years of mobile application development experience on any
platform: Android, Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, or Windows Mobile.
• Familiarity with mobile platform SDKs.
• Proven experience developing and integrating web services and mobile
applications.
• Experience with object-oriented programming such as Java, Python,
Ruby, or Objective-C.
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to test their code and the code of others
Academic/Educational Qualifications:
Minimum 2.1 BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or
equivalent required.
