Came across this while trolling other hackerspace websites, really
liked it, and suggest we could borrow from it.

The Twin Cities Maker | Hack Factory Code of Conduct
Collaboration and community depend on good relationships among the
participants. To this end, we've agreed on the following codes of
conduct to help define the ways we think collaboration and cooperation
should work. This document expands upon, and should not be interpreted
as conflicting in any way with the three core principles of the Twin
Cities Maker organization:
Be excellent to each other.
The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one.
Be the change you want to see (we are a “do-ocracy”).
